Ummrao is an exquisite fine-dine restaurant situated within the premises of Marriott International’s Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Mumbai.
We had to identify and promote Ummrao's unique experience. While the
cuisine takes inspiration from the Royal Kitchens of
India, the Chef takes great pride in sourcing
ingredients from select farms (and farmers) of the
country. To highlight this fact, we displayed
Ummrao’s popular dishes in their rawest form.
Additionally, the menus takes inspiration from
several Begums (Queens) of India - this fact has
been subtly highlighted in the copy.

A series of posters that showcase Ummrao's signature preparations in their rawest form. Unlike any other restaurant, Ummrao's cooking doesn't simply begin in the kitchen.
